The Protein Boost Diet book was written by Dr. Arem to demonstrate to his patients that reaching optimal thyroid wellness is not only a matter of proper thyroid medication or supplementation, but of proper daily nutrition and physical activity as well. In it, he shares many simple and tasty recipes to make it easy for his patients to respect the fundamentals of his diet. Dr. Arem quickly realized, however, that many had very busy work schedules and sometimes did not have the time to follow his recipes. That is what pushed the creation of on-the-go food products that are specifically designed to respect the fundamentals of his high protein, high fiber, low-glycemic, and immune system friendly diet.  Our Protein Boost Diet products are a delicious way to achieve optimal wellness and health for thyroid patients and anybody who wants a healthy on-the-go snack.

  

Protein Boost Diet Easy Plan (1,200 – 1,400 calorie diet) 

The Protein Boost Diet Easy Plan provides a structured on the go plan using the Protein Boost Diet Protein Bars and the Protein Boost Diet Protein Shake as meal substitutes for breakfast and lunch according to caloric recommendations of the Protein Boost Diet corresponding to 1,200 - 1,400 calorie eating plan.

Right before breakfast: 

1 scoop of Body Slim Delight Detox Smoothie

Breakfast (240 calories):

1 scoop of the Protein Shake + 1 Protein Bar 

       OR 

3 scoops of the Protein Shake 

       OR 

1 ½ Protein Bar

Lunch (400 calories): 

3 scoops of the Protein Shake + 1 Protein Bar 

       OR

5 scoops of the Protein Shake 

Mid-afternoon snack (160 calories):

1 Protein Bar 

       OR

2 scoops of the Protein Shake 

Dinner (500 to 600 calories):

Regular Protein Boost Diet dinner (protein + vegetables, good fat, and occasionally small amounts of quinoa, lentils, or beans. Avoid grains)
